We teamed up with Mexico based scuba dive shop Agua Clara to help them relaunch their digital identity, redesign the website and boost online conversions.
Work consisted in renewing their website, which represents the main sources of clients and sales, we integrated a third party checkout system and completely redesigned the website UX/UI based on data gathered by Google Analytics during 2 years. We also implemented rewards and sharing features to improve after-sales interaction with clients.
We redesigned the mobile and desktop website to renew and fix a lot of terrible inherited practices and design implementations. From sketch to prototype, we made several iterations looking for best experience, simplifying and decluttering the homepage on mobile devices.
Goals achieved through implementing an ongoing SEO strategy and continuous UX/UI improvement consist in sustained increase of organic traffic and lead generation. The key behind audience growth is to implement a strong content strategy along with a technically well configured web app. A/B Testing was crucial to define each design iteration.
